2019 Package design for the aged salmon produced by Shake-ya Yoshino in Suttsu, Hokkaido.
The salmon is aged for several months in a drying shed facing the Sea of Japan, using the wind and snow that blow in the depths of winter and the craftsmanship of the artisans.
北海道寿都町の「鮭や吉野」がつくる熟成鮭のパッケージデザイン。
日本海に面した鮭干しやぐらで、厳冬期に吹きすさぶ風雪と職人技で数カ月かけて熟成された鮭です。
